Kourtney sports a fringe with a casual cardigan, white tee, ripped jeans and pointed d'orsay pump shoes. The Edge bag from Celine has a wide enough strap that makes it easy to carry the bag on your shoulder. ]]> S/S 2012 NEW COLLECTIONS
I talked about neon colors which seem to be all the rage, but from my last few posts nude bags are making a comeback for Spring too. Here is the Celine Trapeze Bag from the 2012 collection (notice the sturdier flap) in nude color with suede sides. I've also included a lovely Trapeze in nude with a grey flap.
 
So why opt for a muted bag? Well with all the floral patterns, bright reds / yellows / blues, it would seem that having a bright colored bag would ruin your well planned outfit. Plus nothing spells super versatile than a muted colored IT bag. Below are your easy alternatives to wearing all bright spring colors, and to pull it together with a toned down bag.

It's actually not fair really that there are no pictures like these from North American stores, but here are additional photos from a Singapore store called Shop Luxuria (all photos are sourced from http://www.shopluxuria.com). I hope to one day walk into my local Holt Renfrew (the only designer department store in Canada) and see 1/10 the size of the stock that this store has. Now in terms of availability I don't quite frankly know... but judging from these pictures these can't have been more than a few months old seeing as the neon colors have not been out for that long.
I'm completely dying over the Celine Citron Phantom Bag... I think it might even be in suede too.

Here are some of the snaps of offerings for the most recent Celine Summer 2014 bags in stores. So far many of the bags are in python including the mini and nano luggage totes. Colors are bright and sunny and range from primary blues, greens, red and yellows (although no reds featured below -- this color is issued every season). So far there haven't been too many runway bags appearing but it could be less demand. The soft pouch eyelet bag from the runway was seen in some of the New York stores recently. The Python bags in Mini Luggage Totes and Phantom are $6,200 USD. Prices are updated in the Celine US Price Guide and Celine EU price guide.

Introducing the Celine Phantom bags with color trim from the Summer 2014 collection. The black phantom pictured below appear with primary green interior suede as well as green piping. The beige/off-white phantom also appears with colored interior and piping in the a dark blue and also a bright red.
Some of the summer 2014 bags are already appearing in store, such as the primary red/green/yellow tri-color luggage and trapeze bags, but this is the first that appeared for phantoms. Once the Fall/Winter 2014 show commences in a few days more of the new bags will be released. These phantoms start at $3,100 USD for the solid colored leather and 2,000€.

]]> Introducing the bags from Celine's Winter 2021 Collection that were presented at Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte featuring a mix of classic bags and new styles. The brand describes the collection via press release as "a utopian parade and melancholic daydream of youth interrupted." Creative Director Hedi Slimane who is known for his staple sleek and retro designs, embraces the brand's tradition and history, but he also isn’t afraid to introduce fresh designs, particularly in the bag category.

In this collection, two new bags made their runway debut — the Romy and Tabou — have joined the Celine handbag family. The Tabou features a gold padlock instead of the double C clasp from the 1973 house logo, notably spotted on the Triomphe crossbody bag. As for the Romy, the shape is created in the same half-moon silhouette as its current Ava bag, but this one comes in a supersize design.
