Introducing the Bottega Veneta Spring/Summer 2017 Runway Bag Collection. Bottega Veneta celebrated its 50th anniversary during the Milan Fashion Week, the show was held at Accademia di Brera. Along with this, the brand's Creative Director Tomas Maier, also celebrated his 15th year with the company. The show presented a combination of Men's and Women's Spring/Summer 2017 Collection. In celebration of their 50th year, 15 bag styles from their archives have been presented in the runway. This includes a red intrecciato clutch, carried by American model and actress Lauren Hutton, which she also used in the 1980 movie American Gigolo with Richard Gere. The brand's iconic bags like the Knot Clutch, Cabat and Brera, are also part of the collection. The colors this season vary from dark to neutrals. Aside from their signature Intrecciato leather, other materials used in this season's handbags are Ostrich, Crocodile, Python, Animal Printed and Embossed Floral Leather.
