Introducing the Bottega Veneta Fall/Winter 2019 Runway Bag Collection. This is the debut collection of new Creative Director Daniel Lee, who succeeded Tomas Maier. Lee came from Celine, under the direction of Phoebe Philo. Similar to Philo's work in Celine, the designer's new collection for Bottega Veneta presents minimalist and classic designs.
The brand's signature intrecciato leather, gets an update this season with a maxi pattern. It is made available in shoulder bags and tote bags. Different clutch bags were also featured in the runway, as well as mini boxy top handle bags that comes with gold accents. While other brands continue with the logomania, Bottega Veneta does not follow suit. Nothing too grand, but definitely timeless.
