New Appointment System in Buying at Hermès Faubourg Saint-Honoré

Last June, Hermès Faubourg Saint-Honoré has introduced a new appointment system in buying handbags for better shopping experience. Since this is a flagship store, it is very busy, with lots of tourists coming in, lines are usually long making your time/day wasted just by waiting for your turn. The new system provides better time management for customers who plans to purchase a handbag, avoiding the long queue. Customers still need to fall in line though, to get an appointment with a Sales Associate. Hermès will then send you a text message regarding your appointment time. While waiting for your appointment time, you can wander around the store or other shops, and come back for your given schedule. Keep in mind that you should refresh your browser from time to time, as the scheduled appointment may be changed.
Experienced customers advices to go in line before the store opens, usually before 9:30AM, as fewer people are around at this time. There are two entrances for the FSH store, the front door entrance which opens first, and one at the side door. The text system could not guarantee though that you will be able to buy a Birkin bag, as it still depends on the availability.
