Presenting the Gucci Cruise 2018 Bag Collection. This season's theme is Roman Rhapsody, taking inspiration from ancient Romans. Gucci introduces the Ophidia bag, which also debuted in the Cruise 2018 runway show. The Ophidia is a shoulder bag with a vintage design that comes in rectangular and dome shapes. The brand's signature Dionysus bag is now available in a bucket style with a chain shoulder strap. The hobo and shoulder bags comes in the new GG Velvet material, wherein the iconic GG pattern is embedded into soft velvet. While the Sylvie and GG Marmont Bags are seen in crystal embellishments. Large tote bags appears in various prints like the Soave Amore Guccification and Ouroboros. The GG Supreme pattern features gold bees this season, which has been Gucci's symbol since the 70s.
